Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Thistle Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
