Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

Summit Haven Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
