Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Dallas caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
