Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Pharma Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
