Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

Summit Forge Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
