Harborlight Meadow Markets Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system.
