Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lantern Construction Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
