Amberfield Kestrel Press Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
