Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

Clearpath Ivory Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Columbus with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to budget submissions at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support budget submissions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
