Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
