Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Columbus producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
