Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Kestrel Manufacturing is a Columbus manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
