Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Columbus producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
