Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
