Nova Ridge Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
