Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

Nova Rowan Health provides primary and specialty care in Columbus. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
