Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Rowan Civic Services Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. • Experience with an ERP system.
