Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Oak Civic Services is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
