Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Nova Pine Property Management and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to maintenance requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
