Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Meridian Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
