Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
