Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Hollow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
