Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ivory Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
