Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
