Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Basin Farms Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
