Bright Sable Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
