Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Bright Markets Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system.
