Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Cobalt Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
