Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Keystone Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
