Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cedar Hospitality and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
