Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
