Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
