Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Pharma Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
