Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Lakeside Facilities is a facilities company in Chicago with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
