Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Willow Property Management is a Chicago property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
