Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Ridge Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 757 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
