Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Corner Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
