Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Chicago. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
