Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Fox Press is a printer and publisher in Chicago serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
