Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charlotte region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
