Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Partners is a Charlotte retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
