Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Mill Freight Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
