Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Juniper Civic Services and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to public records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support public records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
