Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Meadow Housing Associates is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
