Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
