Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
