Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Corner Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
