Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Fern Freight is a Charlotte logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
