Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Rook Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
