Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Charleston, SC)

Northwind Fox Manufacturing is a Charleston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
